Who?

I am an oldschool (or just old) British gamer, making YouTube videos. I am a complete man-child. I've been playing video games from a young age, and my love for them has not lessened over the years. I'm just a big kid, and I don't care.

Game History

To list all the games I've played over the years would take too long, so I'll just list the ones that have played significant parts in shaping my love for the video game industry. These are all very dear to my cold, black, pizza clogged heart.
  • Super Mario Bros 1 / 2 / 3 (NES)
  • Sonic the Hedgehog 1 / 2 + Streets of Rage (SEGA Master System + Megadrive)
  • Super Mario 64 + Goldeneye (N64)
  • The Resident Evil series (Various consoles + PC)
  • The Metal Gear series (Various consoles)
  • World of Warcraft (PC)
  • Minecraft (PC + PS4)
  • Destiny (PS4 - even though I'm really terrible at it)
In particular the Resident Evil series has probably taken up most of my gaming time. I loved the story from the very first one to the not so story-driven latest releases. I will forever hold this series up as being responsible for some of the greatest gaming moments in my life.

Minecraft is my most recent love. As a former art student its great to come across a game that allows me to express my creativity in various ways. Also, it has TNT.

I also love most types of horror/scary games like Metro: Last Light, Outlast, Alien: Isolation and Until Dawn. Hopefully I'll take some time to make some videos of these too.

There would be plenty more listed, but it would take up too much space, and I'm sure I'll mention the rest at some point in various YouTube videos and Twitch Streams.

  • I love movies just as much as games, and I quote them often, no matter how obscure the reference may be. My DVD collection is taking over my house. I prefer dark and edgy movies like The Matrix, Fight Club and The Crow. I also love me some apocalypse movies like Mad Max, The Road, The Book of Eli and anything to do with zombies.
  • My favourite food is pizza. I also love sandwiches that don't involve salad and Cadbury's Cream Eggs.
  • Beverage-wise I'm a big fan of RedBull Blue and Pepsi Max (the man's version of Diet Pepsi).
  • I'm colourblind. Yep, I don't even know what colour this page is. Is it purple? I bet its purple.
  • I love zombies. I know I mentioned this already but its doubley (is that a word?) important. I love zombies games, zombie movies and zombie books. Even Rob Zombie. Hell, even my minecraft skin is of a half-zombie hybrid human. With Reebok Classics. Because.
  • My music taste is pretty varied, but I sit mostly on the heavier side. Metallica is my favourite band, along with Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Muse and Lamb of God. I do occasionally find the odd pop song that hits a nerve. As long as its got a good groove to it I can dig it. I'm hip, I'm with it. During streams I mostly play electronic dance music, just because more people seem to be into that, and I can just chill with it in the background.
